Jesse is a stunning Paint with sharp lines and deep coloring. He is 16 hands tall and embodies the role of the Sentry in the herd. Jesse is an enthusiastic communicator and problem-solver, catching onto everything that is going on with the herd, the environment, and people. If something changes, Jesse knows it immediately and is quick to assess the impact on himself and others.

A bit of trickster, he’s been known to undo chains on gates to let himself into and out of stalls and common areas. Whether it is Jesse’s severely arthritic knee, personality, or just a culmination of his life experiences, you quickly understand that he has a deep perspective and awareness.  Jesse is frequently seen grooming the other horses.
