Shelby, a Paint born in 2000, simply loves to be loved. He is a perfect companion, but also very content to be on his own. He was pampered as his previous owner’s constant companion but has adjusted to the dynamic of his new herd. Shelby is endearing, steady and patient and shows us how to maintain dignity…even when we may be on the low end of the pecking order. Being around Shelby makes you feel warm and accepted, which helps you nurture the unique and special parts of yourself and others.
