Leadership Coaching
Leadership Coaching is structured to meet the needs of corporate executives as well as everyday leaders who want to explore the subtleties and challenges of leadership dynamics–what they are telling you and how your thoughts and actions can more effectively influence others. Leadership coaching helps focus on default behaviors that affect who we are and who we want to be. It is also a powerful tool to help build effective teams and promote positive engagement between groups.
Team Development
Horses survive by masterfully demonstrating socially intelligent leadership that ensures the overall strength and survival of the herd. The same principles horses embody can be applied to human teams. Teams are developed and transformed when each member understands their role and influence. When used as a team-building technique, groundwork with horses teaches about ourselves and how we work in teams.
On-Site Retreats
Tudor Farm offers a serene and relaxing setting for retreats and team building activities. The 10-acre property can support you having your own retreat… or you can come to one of the ones we have scheduled.
