Sonny was born in South Dakota and lived much of his life in the northern plains states as a Western Pleasure show horse. He escaped the harsh winters and went to live with Cheri in Northern Virginia in February 2016. A few years later, Sonny found his way to live in the even warmer climate of Florida.

Sonny is a stately Palomino with a very even disposition. His charming demeanor welcomes people of all types to Tudor Farm. Sonny is the leader of the herd, who steps in to counter Casey’s antics when necessary and ensures that everyone is comfortable. Sonny exudes a sense of calm that soothes the other horses and the people in his life.
